OVERVIEW:
Working as Sales Support, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. This is an entry-level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located at above addresses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Account Specialist客户专员

OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time AS, you will be responsible for all aspects of the onsite business. Support responsibilities may include purchasing, receiving, packing orders, deliveries, sourcing and inventory management as needed to assure success of the onsite business. This position is for our branch located at above addresses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance
o Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble cases and new requirements from customer
o Establishing and building up customer relationship through execution of customer plan
o Create and negotiate the Pricing recommend and negotiation strategies for current customer
o Taking ownership and responsibilities for the accounts under the managing & monitoring of the Branch manager( turnover and pre-tax profit)
o Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador of the Company
o Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business
o Maintaining & growing the existing business, and prospect the new business opportunities
o Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers
o Collecting market intelligence and share feedback to BM/ DM
o Other assignments issued by BM / DM
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
