Job Description:
Define and manage existing CITS GBT channels (Web / Mobile / Social) approach to B2B.
Work with product marketing team to build a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties.
Establish closed-loop analytics with social media and PR activities with the Brand management and leads generation result.
Leverage PR agency resources to promote our brand and solutions.
Incorporating with digital marketing on events aiming to maximize the impact / wave of events, and strengthening the ROI.
Marketing support: Support on brand events including PR, trade activities. Work with each function teams to ensure the execution in line with brand guidelines and to maximize the performance.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Marketing and Communications, Business, Public Relations; or related field.
1 years’ hands-on work experience with proven online/ Digital marketing experience.
Good communication skill both in writing and oral, able to work independently and under certain pressure.
Team player/Self-starter with creatively minded.
2.应收账款专员
Job Description:
1) Good knowledge with AR process
熟悉应收账款流程。
2) Take responsibility to send billing and supporting document and issue FAPIAO to client on time
负责及时与客户核对账单并出具发票等一系列文件。
3) Control clients'payment term within contract credit term.
根据合同条款监督控制客户支付款项的周期。
4) Solve the issues raised from clients and internal colleagues and take active action.
解决公司内部及外部由于应收账款产生的问题。
5) Identify customer needs to deliver good service for customers.
能针对客户的需求提供良好的服务。
6) Good communication skills both written and verbal.
良好的书面及口头表达能力。
7) Ability to handle change and pressure in a busy environment is necessary.
良好的 抗压性及能适应变化的能力。
Requirment:
1) College or above
大专以上学历
2) Have 1 years' AR experience
1年应收账款的经验
3) Be good at written English.
良好的英文沟通能力

3.IT系统热线支持
Job Description:
1. 处置客户来电和邮件,准确记录后及时处理客户问题并回复完成的结果;复杂问题及时转递到后台处理。
2. 在必要时与公司内部相关部门同事沟通与反馈,务求保证公司对客户的承诺能够按时按质地交付。
3. 对事件记录按条理分析,总结业务改进建议后提交给组长。
