  • Generate documents such as Manifest, HAWB and Freight Invoice etc according to Working Sheet which CS made.
  • Check and book Local cost in PROCARS according to Working Sheet which CS made.
  • Issue Invoice including DDP charge and on forwarding charge for DDU business and Issue Accumulated Invoice according to CS request
  • Update documentations according to C/S request such as Manifest , HAWB and Freight invoice etc
  • Create shipment No. in PROCARS, register and dispatch to CS
  • Make the Booking No. in PROCARS
