  • • Recruit IT talents and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle;
  • • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the BEST opportunities;
  • • Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through our screening process, aligning candidates' aspirations and interests with the right careers;

  • Position Overview
  • 1. Review and deliver service levels requirements of client contracts
  • 2. Maintain standard document and the regular training to support the business development
  • 3. Support growing business in multiple office cross China
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Contract administration and management 30%
  • (a) handle and assist in routine process and administrative tasks of Allegis’ client contracts and vendor contracts
  • (b) arrange the contracts with authorized signature and administering contract chop in accordance with Chop policy
  • (c) file the contracts and maintenance of the record
  • (d) maintain excel file of contract data, scanning and uploading signed contracts into system
  • 2. Liaison with multiple teams on daily legal operation 10%
  • (a) prepare and review the board resolutions, and other corporate notices and documents
  • (b) keep the team updated
  • 3. Reviewing Contracts 30%
  • (a) Review simple contracts, such as SOWs, change orders or vendor contracts
  • 4. Assist manager 30%
  • (a) Assist in preparation of training materials, arrange training, and keep the records.
  • (b) Assist associate general counsel with legal research, and make sure all laws and regulations are updated
